- Please keep yard clippings out of the storm drains as this contributes to algae blooms in the ponds.
- Trash cans should always be stored out of view of the road and neighboring lots. They cannot be placed alongside the garage unless screened from view. Trash, recycling and yard waste should not be out prior to the scheduled pick up day.
- Dogs must be leashed when they are out being walked and all pet waste must be picked up by the owner even if you have “curbed” your pet.
- ANY change to your home or lot that will change the outward appearance MUST be approved by the ARB. This includes, but is not limited to: fencing, roofing, painting, siding, pools, etc. Failure to get ARB approval in advance of starting the project, can legally result in having to restore the home or lot to the condition before the change.
